care and handling
The glazed stoneware tray is food safe, dishwasher and microwave safe. We recommend hand washing, since many dishwashing detergents are harsh on glazed finishes. As with any ceramic piece, please take care to avoid extreme sudden temperature changes which cause thermal shock and can cause cracking; low oven warming is perfectly ok!
