returns and exchange information

EXCHANGES

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same or a similar item, send us an email at info@JUDYFUNKART.COM and send us your item, in accordance with the above. In the case of exchanges, shipping costs may apply.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return

SHIPPING TO US

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs and other levies/customs when returning your item. Such costs are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of original shipping as well as return customs (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund. 

Our returns policy does not apply if you have refused delivery for any reason, and/or provided wrong address, and/or were absent during delivery and/or didn't follow up on courier pick up instruction. In any of these cases, refunds, where applicable, will be deducted with all shipping costs (to you and return) as well as other handling fees, customs and/or levies wherever they apply.
